Practice Management
Our practice manager is responsible for the day to day running of the practice and will be happy to help you with any general enquiries which you may have about the non-medical aspects of your treatment.
They are involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice, such as ensuring that the right systems are in place to provide the best quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises, equipment and information technology.
They support the GP’s, staff and other clinicians with delivering patient services. If you are unsure about who to speak to regarding a specific problem, please do not hesitate to contact them and they will be happy to advise you.

Care Navigators/ Administrators
Our Care Navigators are here to help you. It is sometimes necessary for them to ask you for further details when you telephone. This is to ensure that we can assist you as quickly as possible, and that your are directed to the most appropriate person to deal with your problem. Please help them to help you by giving as much information as possible, especially in an emergency.
As you will see, activity in reception is often hectic and your patience is always appreciated.
Practice team also consists of Prescription Administrator, Practice Secretary, Summariser, Medical Assistants, IT Administrator and Administrators.
Practice Care Co-ordinator
Our Practice Care Co-ordinator is trained to identify the patients who fall under our Priority Group of patients (older patients, frequent hospital attendance/admission). They will be able to organise any community support i.e. Social Services and/or OT assessment by liaising with the Social Prescriber. They organise practice monthly MDT meeting and also actively involved in inviting patients for their reviews including chid immunisations.
The staff carry out their duties as directed by the management team. If you experience any difficulties, please take them up with the Practice Manager.
